This is a well-deserved recognition of our collective dedication, commitment, and persistent efforts in advancing the ISC2 mission. Congratulations and heartfelt kudos to our entire Board and Chapter for this outstanding achievement!
Award message:
The ISC2 Chennai Chapter, established in April 2012, is recognized as the first official chapter of ISC2 in India. The chapter was honored with the “(ISC)² Chapter Recognition Award 2020” for the APAC region.
With over 170 professional members, 230 student members, and more than 120 ISC2 Certified Professionals, the chapter consistently conducts Professional Development Modules (PDMs), workshops, and conferences.
Since its inception, these efforts have contributed significantly to the professional growth of its members.
The chapter actively collaborates with local chapters of ISACA and the Cyber Society of India.
Demonstrating notable growth and community impact, the Chennai Chapter has increased its professional membership and introduced new initiatives to engage student members.
Through a comprehensive year-round program of conferences, workshops, and professional development sessions, the chapter has created substantial learning opportunities, advanced awareness of ISC2 certification, and promoted cyber education throughout the region.
